From start to finish, the entire staff was accommodating, friendly, helpful, and responsive. Despite living in West Virginia, nearly 10 hours away, the team made the entire long-distance purchase process smooth and enjoyable. Every call, text, and question I had was answered promptly and with genuine care. I would especially like to recognize Tiara Sanchez, who was simply outstanding throughout the process. Tiara was not only incredibly knowledgeable about the vehicle and procedures but also kind, patient, and consistently available whenever I needed assistance. She went above and beyond to ensure everything went perfectly—including staying late at the dealership to personally oversee that my vehicle was properly loaded and secured for shipment to WV. Her dedication and professionalism truly set her apart. Having attempted to purchase a similar vehicle from two other Toyota dealerships (one in Riverhead, NY, and another in Richmond, VA), I can confidently say that McGee Toyota of Putnam sets the gold standard for customer service. The other dealerships were unhelpful and unwilling to work with me—completely the opposite of the outstanding experience I had with McGee. Great easy process for buying a car. I showed up relatively knowing what I was looking for (online build), but needed to get hands on experience and understand availability options. I ended up working with a salesman named Tommy who was very helpful and friendly. I explained what I was looking for and he helped me navigate to a few options that were immediately available to test drive, and by the end of the day we had found the car best fit for what I was looking for. Was able to come back three days later (had to get insurance and process plates) with the car all cleaned and ready to simply drive it off the lot. Throughout the whole process Tommy kept in contact and made sure I knew what the next steps were, what I needed to bring back the day of pickup, and made sure I knew all the features of the vehicle before driving off the lot. Would recommend others to Tommy and his Team at McGee Putnam!

Tiara was the best- knowledgeable, accommodating, accessible. Definitely my favorite! The dealership was likewise outstanding. What I liked best about the dealership was- they were fair in price negotiations, honest in even small details, and had access to many cars so I could buy the “just right” one! Worth the 40 minute drive.
